山東海洋集團(tuan)全面貫徹落實省委、省政府(fu)交(jiao)通強(qiang)省戰(zhan)略部署(shu),加強(qiang)京(jing)杭運河(he)(he)山東段基(ji)礎設施養護,以科(ke)技創新推進內河(he)(he)港航數字(zi)化、智慧化轉(zhuan)型。

聚焦京(jing)杭運(yun)河(he)數(shu)字化轉型(xing)。牽頭實施京(jing)杭運(yun)河(he)智(zhi)能通(tong)航(hang)(hang)系(xi)統的應用推廣,改寫了(le)京(jing)杭運(yun)河(he)山東段(duan)運(yun)輸船(chuan)舶停船(chuan)上岸繳費的歷史(shi),船(chuan)舶通(tong)行效率逐年提升。大力(li)開展數(shu)字航(hang)(hang)道建設,完成航(hang)(hang)道收費業務系(xi)統與智(zhi)能通(tong)航(hang)(hang)系(xi)統集成,為洙水河(he)航(hang)(hang)道實現不(bu)停船(chuan)報到繳費和內(nei)河(he)港航(hang)(hang)“五位一體(ti)”融(rong)合發展創造條(tiao)件(jian)。

為解(jie)決船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘控(kong)(kong)制技術“卡脖子”問(wen)題,山東海洋集團(tuan)聚焦(jiao)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)知識(shi)產權,研發(fa)新一代船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘PLC自(zi)(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制系統,在國內首次實(shi)現(xian)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘運(yun)調系統與控(kong)(kong)制系統在遠程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制端的(de)(de)融(rong)合。棗莊萬年(nian)閘船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘配套建立遠程(cheng)集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制中(zhong)心,實(shi)現(xian)對(dui)萬年(nian)閘船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘、臺兒莊二(er)線船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘、韓莊船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘等多(duo)個梯(ti)級多(duo)座船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘進(jin)行(xing)遠程(cheng)集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制和(he)安(an)全(quan)(quan)運(yun)行(xing)監測。全(quan)(quan)面實(shi)施(shi)后,將進(jin)一步(bu)優(you)化船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘運(yun)行(xing)崗(gang)位設置(zhi)和(he)人員結構,降低35%的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)成本和(he)10%的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)能耗,提升船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘30%的(de)(de)通行(xing)效(xiao)率。
