聚(ju)焦京(jing)杭(hang)運河(he)數字(zi)化轉型(xing)。牽頭實(shi)施京(jing)杭(hang)運河(he)智能通(tong)航系統的應用推廣(guang),改寫(xie)了京(jing)杭(hang)運河(he)山東段(duan)運輸船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)停船(chuan)(chuan)上岸繳費的歷史,船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)通(tong)行效率(lv)逐年提升(sheng)。大(da)力開(kai)展(zhan)數字(zi)航道(dao)建設,完成(cheng)航道(dao)收費業務系統與智能通(tong)航系統集(ji)成(cheng),為洙水(shui)河(he)航道(dao)實(shi)現不停船(chuan)(chuan)報(bao)到繳費和內(nei)河(he)港(gang)航“五位一體”融合發展(zhan)創造條(tiao)件(jian)。

為解決船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)控制(zhi)技術“卡脖子(zi)”問題,山東(dong)海洋集團聚焦自(zi)(zi)主知識(shi)產(chan)權,研發新一代船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)PLC自(zi)(zi)動控制(zhi)系統(tong),在國內首次實(shi)現船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)運(yun)調(diao)系統(tong)與控制(zhi)系統(tong)在遠(yuan)程(cheng)控制(zhi)端的融合。棗莊(zhuang)萬年(nian)閘(zha)(zha)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)配套建立遠(yuan)程(cheng)集中(zhong)控制(zhi)中(zhong)心,實(shi)現對萬年(nian)閘(zha)(zha)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)、臺兒莊(zhuang)二線船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)、韓莊(zhuang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)等多(duo)個梯級多(duo)座船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)進(jin)行(xing)遠(yuan)程(cheng)集中(zhong)控制(zhi)和安(an)全(quan)(quan)運(yun)行(xing)監測。全(quan)(quan)面實(shi)施后,將進(jin)一步優化(hua)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)運(yun)行(xing)崗(gang)位設置和人員結構,降低35%的管(guan)理成本和10%的運(yun)行(xing)能耗(hao),提升(sheng)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)30%的通行(xing)效(xiao)率。
