聚(ju)焦京杭(hang)運(yun)(yun)河(he)數字化轉(zhuan)型。牽頭實施京杭(hang)運(yun)(yun)河(he)智能(neng)通航(hang)(hang)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)應用(yong)推廣,改寫了京杭(hang)運(yun)(yun)河(he)山東段運(yun)(yun)輸船舶(bo)停(ting)船上岸繳(jiao)費的(de)歷史,船舶(bo)通行效率(lv)逐年提升。大力(li)開展數字航(hang)(hang)道建設,完成(cheng)航(hang)(hang)道收費業務系統(tong)(tong)與智能(neng)通航(hang)(hang)系統(tong)(tong)集成(cheng),為洙水河(he)航(hang)(hang)道實現不停(ting)船報(bao)到繳(jiao)費和(he)內河(he)港(gang)航(hang)(hang)“五位一體”融合發(fa)展創造條件。
為解決(jue)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)術“卡脖(bo)子(zi)”問題,山東海洋集團聚焦自主知識(shi)產(chan)權(quan),研發新一(yi)代(dai)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)PLC自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong),在國(guo)內首次實現船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)運調系統(tong)與控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)在遠程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)端(duan)的融合。棗莊萬年閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)配(pei)套建(jian)立遠程集中控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中心,實現對(dui)萬年閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)、臺兒莊二線船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)、韓莊船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)等多個(ge)梯級多座(zuo)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)進行(xing)遠程集中控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)安全運行(xing)監(jian)測。全面實施后,將進一(yi)步優化船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)運行(xing)崗位設置和(he)人員(yuan)結構,降低35%的管(guan)理(li)成本和(he)10%的運行(xing)能耗,提(ti)升船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)30%的通行(xing)效率。
